Forgive me for not getting back to you prior to this to let you know of the results of the mouth insert to stop snoring.
I had immediate relief from snoring on the first night by using this product.
To find out about snoring, I looked up on google and researched what would be suitable for snoring and I felt this product of yours would be the most appropiate because of the explanation of the position of the jaw when we sleep.
