Hi Liz, I just wanted to give some feedback on your stop snoring mouthpiece. I bought it a while back and hadn't committed to using it until recently. I
decided I HAD to start using it as I was so tired ALL the time. I couldn't commit to daily outings as I did not know if I would be able to last the
distance (I am only 35). I work half days and would go home to sleep before picking up my daughter from school. I never got to enjoy my down time cos I was always sleeping. My only two relationships both started going downhill because of my snoring. We would end up in seperate rooms and problems would snowball from there. I have had to leave my daughter to her own devices on many many afternoons while I napped. Then I would be in bed again at 10 and sleep all night. I have to admit it has taken me a while to get used to having the mouthpiece in at night. At first I just had it in prior to sleep, while reading etc. Then i would try to sleep with it in and if I couldn't I would take it out after half an hour. Last night I slept through with it in. I CANNOT believe the energy I had today! I got up and tidied the house, mowed the lawns and then took my daughter for a day out of swimming and touristy things. I was able to drive home without almost falling asleep at the wheel. It is now 8:45pm and I am still conscious! I can see only good things from here. I start a new job on Wednesday (which I worried about staying alert for) and now I am confident I will have the energy to last each day. My only problem now will be remembering that I can make plans for my down time and not to worry about scheduling them around my sleepiness. Thankyou SO much.

Hello Liz, Thank you for your email and advice below.  I have carefully followed the advice on the information sheet, and the tips you provided in the email – particularly the method your husband uses of “pinching the ridges” after the getting the general position / fit accurate. I did all this last night, and used the “Snoring U” app on my iPhone to record the night’s sleep, hoping that would establish beyond doubt what was (or wasn’t) happening. Last night was an excellent result – no snoring recorded by either “Snoring U”, or my partner! I will give you an update, but thank you so much for your assistance.

Hi Liz, Happy New Year! I was very sceptical as to whether or not the  mouth piece would work. I am NOT sceptical any-more. I have just had the most peaceful night's sleep in many, many years. I woke up this morning and I was in the same position that I had settled down to sleep in. It was absolutely unbelievable. Usually I wake up every 20 minutes or so with my snoring and toss and turn all night. I wake exhausted with a tangle mess of pillows and bedclothes all over the place.It was exceptionally comfortable to wear as well.  The severity of my fibromyalgia is determined by many factors on a daily basis, sleep quality being a prime factor. I am looking forward to better quality sleep on a regular basis from now on and hopefully that will have a positive affect on all the fibromyalgia symptoms. Hi Liz, I’m not sure if you remember me from a few weeks ago but I realised I hadn’t said thank you! This worked! There were a few snores when he first fell asleep but then nothing! I am so surprised that something as simple as that made a difference. He is still getting used to it and said it was a little uncomfortable the first few nights but I am amazed at the difference it made. We’re using a nose-strip to open up his nose as well because he has had a bit of a runny nose and I didn’t hear a peep out of him the second night. More than anything though, I want to thank you for your service. I couldn’t have asked for a more personal or friendly service. You were happy to answer all of my questions and got back to me very quickly. Also, I couldn’t believe that when I ordered it at 4pm, I had it the next day!  Thank you again, you have truly made a difference in our lives!

When he moulded the first one it seemed to work a little, so he moulded and again it worked but not enough to allow me to sleep.  He moulded again and it seemed to be trashed…didn’t work at all.   I was so saddened and AWAKE!  This was over a period of literally 5 days and I thought two things…. either this is a total waste of time or this may become a very expensive exercise.

On to the 2^nd mouthguard….He moulded it the first time and again he was not as loud but loud enough to keep me awake.  He moulded it again and ….. SILENCE…. COMPLETE SILENCE…. LIZ LIZ LIZ…COMPLETE AND UTTER SILENCE!!!!!  I actually poked him one night to make sure he wasn’t dead..hahaha… I have never not heard him sleeping.  I am so very grateful Liz…. and I have slept like a baby for 4 nights in a row now!   My only concern now is that this absolutely perfect mouthguard won’t last forever.  How long should we expect it to last Liz? Thank you so much for your product…. Looking forward to hearing from you…. I want to make sure I reorder prior to the demise of this last guard.

"....because of our hectic schedules my husband and I literally did not have very much time to spend together other than once we were in bed at night and the children were asleep!  But I would find myself unable to enjoy that time together as I would be so tired from night after night of broken sleep from asking my husband to turn over...or on really bad nights to resorting to sleeping on the couch.  I couldn't even send my husband to the couch as his snoring was so loud sometimes it would wake the children!  What your product has done is allowed me to get a full night's sleep almost every night - unless husband forgets to put in the mouthguard or misplaces it!  I can now stay up later at night and we are enjoying each other's company in our limited time once again.  The other side effect is that I now have the energy to exercise, which is something I've been procrastinating about for years since I was always so tired!  Thank you - I will refer your products to any snorers I come across!"
